About Gazipasha airport
Gazipasha Airport (IATA: GZP, ICAO: LTFG) is a small international airport on the southern coast of Turkey, located in the Gazipasha district of Antalya Province. Its full official name — Gazipaşa-Alanya Airport — reflects its main purpose: serving the eastern Antalya coast, primarily Alanya and its resort suburbs.

The airport sits just a few kilometres from central Gazipasha, so a taxi ride into town usually takes under ten minutes. The drive to central Alanya along the coastal road is about forty minutes, and popular resorts east of Alanya (Mahmutlar, Kargıcak, Demirtaş, Avsallar) are between thirty minutes and an hour and a half away.
GZP operates with a single main passenger terminal handling both international and domestic flights. The layout is compact: the exit, arrivals hall and taxi rank are all within a short walk. This makes the airport especially convenient for families and travellers with large luggage — every step goes quickly.
The flight schedule changes noticeably from season to season. In summer the airport is at its busiest, with charter and scheduled flights arriving from many European countries as well as domestic services from Istanbul and Ankara. In winter the number of routes shrinks, but the airport keeps operating. The current list of flights and airlines is easiest to check in the live board above.
More and more travellers pick Gazipasha over the larger Antalya airport, and for good reason. First, GZP is significantly closer to Alanya, saving roughly ninety minutes on the road. Second, passenger volumes are lower, so check-in, passport control and baggage claim take less time. Third, for anyone staying on the eastern part of the coast this is the most convenient gateway to Turkey.
