This page explains which data GaziPortal may process when you use the site and why it is needed.

Who processes data

Requests sent through the site are processed by the GaziPortal team. Use the Feedback page for data questions or requests to correct or erase information.

Information you submit

Feedback, review, classified-ad and organization-submission forms may process your name, phone number, email, messenger account, message, address, opening hours, map link and uploaded photos — only where you choose to provide them. Information supplied for a listing or classified ad may be displayed to site visitors as part of that publication.

Technical data and security

To protect the site and limit abuse, we may process an IP address, device and browser type, site and browser language, page visited, referral source, date and time. Technical cookies and local storage help retain your chosen language, PWA-install state and survey state.

Why we use it

We use data to process and moderate submissions, respond to requests, publish user-approved content, operate the site, prevent spam and improve the service with statistics.

Services and recipients

The site may use Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Cloudinary (image storage), Telegram (new-request notifications to the team), and Umami, Google Analytics, Yandex Metrica and Microsoft Clarity for usage statistics and analysis. These providers process data under their own terms and policies.

International processing

These cloud and technical services may process data on servers outside the country from which you access the site. Please do not submit unnecessary or sensitive information in forms.

Your rights

You may ask us to explain, correct or erase data you submitted through the site, and you may report an error in a published listing or classified ad. To protect information, we may ask you to verify that the request relates to you or your organization.

Cookies and analytics

You can restrict or delete cookies in your browser settings. This may affect certain convenience features, while the main site content remains available. We do not sell personal data or share it for a third party’s own advertising.
